Deck Collar Fastmast

Fastmast Deck Collar, self-produced. Deck base made of machined aluminum with hard anodized treatment. The internal collar is made of CNC machined POM to offer the best fit.

The Fastmast Deck Collar consists of two pieces.
 
A machined and anodized aluminum base that is placed on the deck. This is for masts that go to the keel.
 
The second piece is a CNC machined POM collar that acts as a wedge between the mast profile and the wall of the aluminum base.
 
The Fastmast internal POM Collar replaces traditional wooden wedges or derivatives, or stove sealants.
 
Polyoxymethylene (POM), has mechanical and anti-corrosive properties that make it ideal for the marine environment.
 
The designs are unique for each profile and boat, so they can be customized to meet the customer's needs.
 
Ideal for masts with MAST JACK since POM has exceptional sliding properties and is resistant to wear.
